I visited Vinnailx yesterday, running a bit behind schedule, but Vincent kindly offered to accommodate me today, on a Sunday. His professionalism shone through in the pedicure and nail wrap services he provided. The complimentary foot massage during the pedicure was a lovely touch - it was incredibly relaxing. ****Update**** The same evening the owner called me and inquired about what happened. Apologised profusely and asked that I allow them do home service for free. I really wanted my nails done but didn't want it done free of charge so we agreed that I pay the salon price rather than home service price. The nail technicians came over and did a good job. On that note, I am editing my review to 4 star seeing that the owner took initiative and made efforts to correct this wrong. I really hope the employees will learn a thing or two from this incidence. ********************************************* Came here for mani-pedi. Was told it was a 2 hr wait as there was only one nail technician working. R eceptionist got my mobile number and said she will call once the nail technician is done with the customer. So I went to run some errand. I called at intervals of about 30 to 45 minutes twice to check if it is okay to come back. Receptionist said no, she will call me when it is time. Eventually I was done with my errand and went in to check. Only for me to find there was a second technician working on another customer. No apology nothing. She just asked a third guy who absolutely has no clue to start the pedicure. My feet was soaked for over 45minutes with nobody to attend to me. My skin was shrivelled at this time The guy then waltz in to say he is ready. I removed my feet , dried my feet and walked off. Even if my feet is cow hide, it doesn't need to be soaked for that long. So upset that I wasted my time on this bunch. If there was zero star, they deserve it.

Had a very terrible experience with them. I made my nails on a Wednesday, By Friday one was out . Went back and that one was fixed. Earlier Today which is Sunday, another one fell out, 2 days after I got the first one redone.All these are happening less than a week of making the entire nails. Went back there but couldn’t get it done because the technician was not around. What shocked me was that the boss was present but decided to ignore me. Just got home from salon after leaving there angry, the one that was redone on Friday is off again. Such a waste of money. UPDATE 21/01/2025 You are calling me a liar instead of tendering an apology. I walked out of your saloon on Sunday very angry and disappointed. I saw a message from your saloon on my phone yesterday and was still contemplating on responding and here you are calling me a liar.
